Shipping Information

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to customers all over the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

• Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are reviewed carefully and then hand stamped with your custom order details. Then the product is polished, checked again, and then packaged. Since each order is custom and made with great care this process can take 2 to 4 days.
• Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our location where the product is made to the destination.
• Digital Goods - will be delivered to your email address. Sometimes there can be a delay of several minutes. If you do not receive your digital good within a couple of hours please email hello@lokatetravel.com. Be sure to reference your order number in the subject line. 
• Physical Goods - International delivery outside of Canada and the USA can take upwards of 15-30 days depending on your location.
